The urls of my outlook web access has been redirected nicely but the problem is it is totally unable to get connected to my mailbox. The redirection has been removed by me from on CAS server and after that it is doing well now (there is two mailboxes and two CAS server).
Please give me the suggestion to solve this problem. Thank you.

You can try restarting windows and see if that will resolve the issue. Otherwise the following will help you know the reason of the error and fix it:
Check if you have Exchange communication using Outlook without bringing any issues when the error occurs.
Verify the Exchange related services, if the services are started and still running when you encounter the error.
Check the version of your Exchange server, because the issues might be related to it.
Check if there are any interesting events in the application logs of the Exchange Server for they may give you a clue of what the problem is.
Also check for any interesting records at the IIS logs, http error logs.
