It is found by a client that Outlook is not able to show the email body in the Sent items after a reply of an email. A virus scanner named Norton has been used to scan email but it does not bring any solution. This is occurring in case of some users not for all. To get connected to Exchange 2010 SP1 our client is using Outlook ’03. Could you please help me out to solve this problem? Thanks

I think your client is facing the problem because the settings of outlook may have been changed. Check whether the "View sent items" box is checked or not. This box can be seen in the settings tab of Outlook.
You can try to remove the cache exchange mode. You can do this in the settings tab of Outlook 2003. Maybe this will help you.
If the above solutions do not work, try to reset the Outlook settings. This will restore any changes to the time when it was first installed.
