Some of our customers' worker’s system is giving an error message in “outlook” which you can see in the below attached picture. The promising procedure indicated in this story was followed without clear result: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905813
This is not actually forcing the user capability to throw or get messages.

Outlook send or receive error 0x8004010F
This error usually arises when you access your Outlook Email offline. To resolve this issue, Outlook needs to be synchronized. Here’s what you need to do.
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Synchronize the required Outlook folder.
Select the Send/Receive menu.
Or head to Tools and choose This Folder for the option to synchronize the chosen off-line folder.
Clicking on the Send/Receive menu button, would allow all off-line folders to be synchronized.
Go to Tools menu, followed by Options. To perform automatic synchronization.
Send immediately once connected under Send and Receive must be selected.
Make sure to select on Perform automatic send/receive once exiting.
Now you have successfully synchronized Outlook.
If that doesn’t work, another resolution would be to delete the account and then re configure your email to Outlook.
