Hello there! I have recently installed an outlook plugin in my desktop. It seems to be working on the demo but when I try to sync the outlook plugin tasks, it does not work. What will I do?

Hi,

It looks like you have installed Syncamatic Outlook Plug-in and currently it only supports the blackberry Smartphones and if that is not the case, and you have installed other synchronizing plug in try to turn off the anti-virus software running in your system. In case you are getting "outlook cannot open the task folder.." error, try to add a new task. Sometimes it works.

Hi Trevorvalentin,

This is how you remove or disable plugins from your Outlook.

 

1.       Go to Tools.

2.       Look for Trust Center then click Add-ins

3.       Identify the add-in you want to work with.

4.       Look for a “Manage” section then click Go.

5.       The next page is pretty much self explanatory.
