Outlook live can’t access the account

Hi experts,

I have a problem with my Office 365 and the problem exists as long as Outlook.com went live. I get the following error message when I try to access the account. I really need help to fix the following error message so that I may proceed. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks.

 

 

 

This Account can’t be used to access outlook.com

You’re currently singed in with an Office 365 email account, which can’t be used with Outlook.com. please click here to sigh out of your Office 365 account, the use another Microsoft account to sigh in to outlook.ocm (for example, your otmail.com,live.com, or msn.com account).

Hi Michelle,
The error with the Outlook live can be resolved as follows:
1) Close all the open browsers and start a new browser
2) In Internet Explorer, open a InPrivate browser session
3) Right Click on the Internet Explorer icon, Click Start InPrivate browsing
4) Clear your browser cache and cookies as stated below:
   a) Click ‘Tools’ icon in Internet Explorer, then Click ‘Internet Options’
   b) On ‘General’ tab under ‘Browsing History’, Click ‘Delete’
   c) In ‘Delete Browsing History’ dialog box , select ‘Temporary Files’, Click ‘Delete’,then Click ‘OK’
   d) Close and reopen the browser
