At the time Outlook linked to the Client Access Server it established whether it is an in-house or an outside link. You can see in the attached image?

In order to fix this, you must install a certificate that is not a self-sign certificate on the Exchange 2010 server into the Trusted Root Certification Authority Store on the workstation. First, start Outlook. In the Security Alert Dialog Box, click view certificate and then Install Certificate. After installing the Certificate, confirm that the certificate is installed correctly on the client.
