Hi.

Whenever I send an image via URL inside the email (not attached), the image cannot be seen or opened through Outlook. However, I can see the image in the html browser. Should I add an authentication key or something so that it can be viewed?

I really would appreciate your help.

Hello Hasanthi,

Sorry to hear your problem about MS Outlook. I have also experienced that kind of problem before that's why I want to share a solution for you. This kind of problem occurs when there is no free space that is available in temp folder. All you need to do is to clear all the things that is on your temp folder to be able to give more space. You can locate the folder in c:Users username AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsTemporary Internet FilesContent.Outlookxxxxxxx

Upon performing this process, you need to be sure that no MS Outlook is open because it error may occur. Make sure that you follow the steps correctly so that you won't get anymore problem.

Good luck!

Zorian
