My Outlook Express 6.0 has been eliminating my inbox and all the folders I created. I want to know the reason why because this has not happened before. I bet some settings have been change, but I could not find anything in Outlook that concerns with this one. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks!

The problem you are facing indicates that there could be a damaged outlook database file (.dbx), this could be due to virus activity in your mail messages, OR your antivirus program itself could be the cause, BECAUSE, whenever any virus is received in your mail, antivirus scan and clean it making the messages or folders disappear. To address this issue, you need to repair the outlook database file, and use a specialized program to recover your messages as much as possible.
