Hi,

Currently I have Outlook 2010 along with two to three accounts and for all have contacts folder named “ Suggested Contacts”, that is full of the detailed  of the mail recipients what are not available in my contacts list. Now I need to remove or deactivate those folders but obtain the capacity of my Outlook 2010 that recalls all the contact at the moment they are typed. Could you give any suggestion for this?

Thank you

This is a new feature available with outlook 2010.

But, if you don't like this feature, you can easily switch it off and the steps as follows;

In navigation pane click Contacts > Suggested Contacts > My Contacts

Click the fold tab & select folder properties.

Click on the Outlook Address Book, and click on the check box in-front of  "Show this Folder as an E-mail Address book.

Click Apply.

then Click File > Option > remove the tick in-front of the "Automatically Crete Outlook Contacts for Recipients that do not belong to an Address book" > Click Apply > Click Ok.

Now you will not have the folder nor the suggested contacts saved.

Hope this helps.
