Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2007 based Calendar Issue

I have a user that has to share her Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2007 based Calendar and the problems that 3 tabs are missing including the permission tab. I tried solving and figured out that it is a faulty profile, because if I rename her origin and log her on to the computer and create a new profile, the tabs are all there. Do you think I should stick to this solution or is there another way I can fix this problem?

Hi Timothy,

                It seems that there are no other way to resolve since it is caused by a corrupted profile, You may want to try these easy step and see if it can help you with your problem. Go to control panel > mail > select profile to use > add a new profile > set up all information needed > and then restart your Outlook. If that can work then just recreate the links for the new user on her .pst files and make sure you also rename “.nk2.
