This is my 2nd question here related to OCS
I am using Office Communicator in my desktop, but the moment I tried to synchronize my outlook calendar with communicator, I have got an error message like
Communicator could not retrieve calendar or Out of Office information from Exchange Web Services. Communicator will automatically continue to retry. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.
I don’t know how to solve this problem and now looking forward if anyone can help me in this issue.

To find a solution for this problem, you can troubleshoot by verifying that you have SAN certificates for configured for your Exchange sites, verify if there are authenticated default settings on your Exchange websites, check the proxy settings of client computers, check if Outlook and Communicator clients have updated softwares, and make sure that the CA CRL web server certs are accessible. Making sure that both programs are updated is important for compatibility issues. It also informs you if there is an error somewhere in the backup files of the softwares.
