Good day Scowle. I'm here to answer your question:

1. What is the operating system of Nokia N9? Is it android?

Nokia N9 doesn't run on Android but instead, its operating system is called Meego 1.2 "Harmattan". The fact that Nokia N9 is the only phone that will ever run on this OS makes it a very unique phone. It's basically an OS developed jointly by Nokia and Intel and is the only wholly touch screen OS. I will post pictures of its user interface.

2. What is his price in the USA?

Actually, the Nokia N9 was not meant to be released in the USA, the reason for this boils down to Nokia's marketing approach. But Nokia N9 can actually be bought online in Amazon.com US at a current price of $475.00.

Here’s a brief information about the Nokia N9 Smartphone. This new handset model was released sometime around September of 2011. Considering that it is the next version after Nokia N8 and users would obviously expect it to have higher features compared to the previous one, the camera it features is a lot lower than Nokia N8. Nokia N9 only has an 8 megapixel camera while Nokia N8 has 12 megapixel. The Nokia N9 has an 8 megapixel camera which has a 3264 x 2448 screen resolution, Carl Zeiss optics with autofocus and dual LED flash.

Like with any other Smartphone available that runs on the Android operating system, the Nokia N9 doesn’t operate on this platform. It has its own operating system called MeeGo OS v1.2 Harmattan. The Smartphone runs on the TI OMAP 3630 chipset with a 1 GHz Cortex A8 CPU, and a PowerVR SGX530 GPU. It no longer supports Java.
