I recently installed the ORB Player for watching streaming videos, but when I try to login using my username and password it says "Orb could not retrieve your login information". I tried again but the same error shows up. I am using Windows 7, I can't understand what is wrong, anybody else having this kind of issue, help me to solve this.

The Message "Orb could not retrieve your login information" usually appear when during the installation, the Orb Media database has not been created properly. To reinstall the software could fix the issue. You can also modify the database manually following the steps on this link
