I am doing work with database. In previous days I use MySQL Server it works proper for me. But now I want to use Oracle 11g.

I am trying to install this software but during installation I receive below error please tell me its solution.

Why this error appears and how can I remove this error.

Error The repository database does not meet proper configuration requirements. Ensure that the following parameters are properly set before continuing.

– The value of parameter 'session_cached_cursors'must be equal to or greater than 200 on instance DRAWISS, but the current value is 50.

– The value of parameter ''processes' must be equal to or greater than 500 on instance DRAWISS, but the current value is 150.

I had a time when I have learnt Oracle 10g.Oracle has a vast database program. Usually Oracle is used to store large data via the server. The server has an Administrator and Oracle 10g has it's Kernel. You should learn Oracle. Look at the error message.

You will able to find your solution in that error message that your conceptual database kept proper configuration. You should learn regarding parameter. Give equal size of parameter then selects configure Oracle management. Select Installation type. That's with database or not. You must study database updates. You must connect to your database. OK go.

Hi,

This error could appear if you Oracle files are corrupt. You can fix this by downloading the latest version from their website: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/indexes/downloads/index.html

Before you install a new version make sure that you have uninstalled the previous version. Once you have downloaded it installed it and you should be good to go.

I hope this helped.
