Oracle Developer Tools – Errors at start up

Hi dear, I am using Oracle developer tool. I create database in it but when I try to debug it then I receive below error. You don’t have sufficient rights. But this is my home pc and I am admin of this computer. Then why I receive this error. Please tell me its detail.

You are using an admin account and it's a home computer. Is that correct so let's try this.

Is the software licensed? Or has it expired already?

Insufficient privileges also mean that your copy does not warrant you to use/execute the procedure/function that you desire. And if it was downloaded it might be just a trial version meaning some functions are not allowed and will require you to purchase the real deal.

If the software you are using is licensed then you could contact or check their site for further updates. It is their product and if you have paid for it then it is your privilige to demand. So please contact them for further inquiry.
