When we are trying to install Oracle Grid Infrastructure at the end of the instillation we get this error.
The following 2 tasks fail: Configure Oracle Grid Infrastructure for a cluster & Oracle Cluster Verification Utility.
I have tired re installing it twice now but still fail.
What should I do?

That kind of error usually occurs when you are running an Oracle Grid Infrastructure installation and the Deinstallation tool is used to remove the failed installation, the rootcrs.pl -deconfig command is not run. In order to resolve it, you will need to run the rootcrs.pl -deconfig command manually after you have used the Deinstallation tool, and then you will install Oracle Grid Infrastructure again.

I have seen this problem before in Oracle. I have faced it twice. It is shown when Grid Infrastructure installation and the Uninstallation tool are used all the time to remove the failed installation. This is the time when it shows up, when the rootcrs.
Pl -deconfig command is not run. In order to resolve it, you will need to run the rootcrs.pl -deconfig command manually after you have used the Uninstallation tool, and then you install Oracle Grid Infrastructure again.
So that's why you face this problem.
