Hello there,

I have this error in Oracle when I want to submit any Concurrent Programs in 11i/R12 in Julian Calendar and after a research on the Internet no solution was found. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? What I did wrong ?

Cause: Application Object Library could not could not generate the current database date as a Julian value. (ORAERROR=-1403) (ERRORw)

Hello,

It sounds like your server data is, somehow, corrupted and that’s why it’s showing such error.

Go and check that whether the data in your UNIX server is correct. If not, contact the server administrator. If required, make a data restore to the server so that the data required will be available again.

Now, try to perform your task again. It should go fine.
