Hi,
I am new to the open source world. I tried to open few audio files in Linux and it says something about the AAC protection in the audio files. What is this and how to remove this AAC?
Thank you.
In the operating system Linux remove aac protection in audio files
AAC stand for Advanced Audio Coding. It is a licensing certificate provided to a company for providing good quality audio files. It is just like licensing a product so no one edit it. It is a symbol of copyright on a audio file to protect it from piracy or cropping.
There is no way to remove AAC certificate from a audio file as it is Illegal. If anyone do so he/she has to face legal arbitration.
