My pc includes all the requirements. In some cases, they are higher than needed. Nevertheless, I am getting the following error message which tells me,

“Minimum System Requirements:

Operating system with the latest service pack and critical updates:

Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit edition), Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit edition), or windows XP (all edition)

CPU:

Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64 (or greater)

RAM: 1GB

Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768”

As a result,the installation process is halted, and I had to use the right up cross button to exit as neither the ‘continue’ nor the ‘cancel’ button works at that moment.

Please give me an effective suggestion. ASAP

Hi,

There are always a couple of things that you can try when you encounter such type of errors.

1. Update all the drivers required to run the software and make sure that you're running the latest one's.

2. If that is OK then you can check whether you can install other software's. May be restart a couple of times and see if it solves the issue.
