I need to install SMART Bridgit Conferencing Software but I encountered an error with OpenSSL. The installation stops and when I attempt to start again, the same error appears. How can I fix this? It seems to be a common error but I could not continue with the installation with this. Please help.

Hi Tanya,

You may want to try to do a system restore on your computer as there might be some issues on the patches or security update on your computer. You may want to do an old date or if you can also try to do a fresh installation of your Operating System would also be an option. This is to make sure that it is not an OS related issue.

You can also try to change the date set on your computer. You can try to set it a week, month or year ago. You should be able to install as in some cases this error message is date related. You can opt to change the date back on the correct one once installation is done.
