Needed an inbound open source call centre software that could do ticketing and keep an record of time and the conversion as well. It’d be better if it could generate stats as well. TIA.
Open Source Call Centre Software Needed For A Small Scale.
To handle all the needs you can just write a software using PHP & MySQL server for tracking incoming calls and save them to your database and later allow you to export it to a spreadsheet and give you graphical stats based on it. By MySQL, you can assign each call a ticket number that you can quote at the end of every conversation and make it available through intranet.
