Hello Everyone,

I am not able to access the online help for Photoshop CS6. When attempting to do so, I get this you are not connected to internet message. I had this issue with the beta version of CS6 as well, but then I was under the impression that online help did not exist for beta versions. However, now I don’t find any issues with my internet connection I am connected and the connection speed is good as it usually is. I am using Firefox as my browser. I tried uninstalling and using a clean utility to remove the remnants of CS5 and then installed CS6 back again. But still I am not able to access help. I also attempted using the browser chrome to access help. But this did not give a different result either. Now what else can I try to gain access to online help? Please share. I am clueless as to where to begin my attempt to fix this problem. Thanks in advance. Regards

If you are using Adobe Photoshop CS6 and you cannot access the online help even if you are really connected to the internet, maybe this is because Adobe configured the user access according to region like if you are from the United States or from the South East Asia, and others. Anyway, to access the online help for Adobe Photoshop CS6 as well as the tutorial for the software, open your web browser and go to Photoshop Help/CS6 Help and tutorials.

You can also get to that page by opening Adobe’s Home Page, hover your mouse over to Products, and click Creative Suite 6. Go to “Get CS6 product info” section at the bottom of the page and click Photoshop CS6. And that’s how you get to the help and tutorial page of Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite 6. If you can’t access it from within Adobe Photoshop CS6 then use your web browser to visit the page.
