One user unable to receive E-mails

Hello

I have a user who is unable to receive any e-mails. If that user sends any E-mail to his own address, it is done perfectly. I have also tried this by creating a new user and it worked. Can anyone help me get this problem resolved?

Following are some of the problems which result not receiving e-mails

Make sure the network-mail server has no issues.

Configuration problems of the e-mail client

Make sure that your e-mail client is configured properly to connect your network mail server. Check where the POP or SMTP address is correct. The POP server is used to retrieve mail and SMTP server is used to send email. In your case you cannot receive mail. That means POP server should be carefuly checked for correct port. Normally the SMTP server is connected through port 25 and POP3 server is through port 110. But this can vary depending on the network provider.
