Adding facebook toolbar on your browser depends on which type of browser you are using. Below i will give a solution for the most common browser that is Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox browser
open your Mozilla browser
on the menu bar, click tools
on tools click on adds on
this will open a new window
The adds on toolbar will require you to search for your add on which come into category of either plug in or an extension
type facebook tool bar on the searching tab.
click on face book tool bar or facebook button both will yield the desired result for getting a facebook tool bar on your browser.
After the complete installation of the extension ,your browser will prompt you to restart your browser for complete installation.
note that if you have enabled browser history on your browser you wont lose your browsing tabs you were currently working on.
