One is BPOS and the other is Office 365

In literal sense, you cannot use both the bpos and the Microsoft 365 together with the outlook. However there is a way that you can transfer your bpos to office 365 for ease of use.

There are few things when you are doing the transfer process as a user.

1. You need to install some new software before doing the transition. you can also ask your admin to perform these installations.
2. It will take 2 3 days for the transfer process to complete so it is better to do it on weekends.

If you are an admin then you have to look out for the following things.

1. Start preparing for the transfer by updating the contact info and all other necessary software.
2. You can have access to emails and contacts during this process but you are voided to access them to prevent any damage during the transition process.
