I have Cache Exchanged Mode enabled on my outlook. Whenever I make any change, the offline address book is not updating.
Can anyone help me with this?
When a user makes a change in the address book attribute, the exchange starts the regeneration of the Offline Address Book that completes in a day. After that the Exchange distributes the Offline Address Book that takes 8 hours, finally MS Outlook downloads the Offline Address Book that takes one day.
The updates will not be available even after two days if anything goes wrong or gets delayed.
