Hello People,

For me the Microsoft’s flexible but the annoying platform, SharePoint make both very easy and difficult. For example, some of my clients using Office 2013 had problems opening a certain folder in Windows Explorer; they encountered an error message in regards to contact the administrator to receive permission access when they tried to write code that manipulate documents in SharePoint.

Windows cannot access

You do not have permission to access.

Contact your network administrator to request access.

Thanks for the help.

Hello,

First of all check the permissions to your files to make sure everything is fine and that users are not trying to access something they aren't allowed to.

Once you're sure everything's fine with the permissions, under the Tools-Form Options-Security and trust uncheck “Automatically determine security level”.
Also, open the Central Administration-Application Management-configure infopath form services and check the option “Allow user form templates to use authentication information contained in data connection files”.
Since you're already there, check the option “Allow cross-domain data access for user form templates that use the connection settings in a data connection file” too, to make sure users can access everything that's needed.
