Office 2011 usually comes with three licenses when bought. Can one license be installed in Mac and the other license be installed in a PC?

Hi Jane,

You can use the three licenses of your Microsoft Office 2011 on 3 computers with Windows operating system on it. You may take not that Office for Macintosh and Office for Windows PC have slightly different configuration, lay out and interfaces. This difference came due to the fact that you would be using two different operating system with totally different system settings. Thus it may not be possible for you to install your Microsoft Office for Windows PC on your Macintosh computer. You would need to purchase a separate Microsoft Office 2011 license to be used on it.

Hello Jane,

As you are using Mac operating system, I hope you already know that Microsoft office needs a special kind of license key. Also you have three license keys for Microsoft office 2011 than first you need to know that is any of the key would work on Mac or not. But this is for sure that you can use your any two license keys on two different computers. You can ask the authority for help.

Thank you,

 Riley Weaver.
