Numerous Problems on getting EFOpenError

I thought I will be getting help from you guys. Your help would be very much appreciated. I have a problem on getting an EFOpenError. I am also getting messages like my system resources are insufficient and there is an unknown software exception. I am also frustrated that I am getting an out of memory error. I am unable to open the programs installed on my PC and what’s more frustrating is I also couldn’t open the Task Manager. The system didn’t freeze but the Start menu is always blank. After doing a reboot on my PC, it worked better but after a few hours, the same problems arrive and it has been getting worse. I started to encounter these errors after installing Windows XP 2002 Home Edition Service Pack 3 32-bit. It took me for about 8-10 hours to install the software. I used to have Avira Antivirus and Spybot before but after getting these errors, I decided to install Combofix, MGTools and CCleaner and tried to run a few online scans. No viruses have been detected from all of my installed antivirus software. Do these problems come from the viruses or do you think it came from my hardware? Anyone who have ideas on what can I do to fix these problems? Please help.

Numerous Problems on getting EFOpenError

As you have explained in the question above, I do not think that the problem is due to an infection of your system by a virus either. You have said that the operating system that you installed is a windows XP home premium. Which operating system were using before that? Because it seems like the windows home premium that you installed is the root cause of the problems. It may not be compatible with the hardware requirements of your computer. Therefore to resolve, I will suggest that you just install the previous operating system that you were using on that computer.
