Hey, the steps for the 503 code error are as follows:

First click for the start option > programs > Microsoft exchange > and system manager
Now in the display administrative group go to first admin groups and name it too.
Now in the servers go to your exchange server name > first storage group
Now right click the same to mailbox > mount store > OK
Next go to the public folder store
And opt for the mount store > Ok
It’s done successfully.
