Hey, follow the below steps for the phone and fax on same line is as follows:
• First get a phone adapter jack and put in to the phones wall outlet
• Now connect the one side of the jack to the back side of the phone and the next to the line of the fax
• Now try testing the same and see, if the fax has the incoming fax call or not
• Same for the line connected to the other side of the jack as well
• Both the devices will work simultaneously now on.
