The troubleshoot dns server not responding mainly translates the database to the domain names over the IP that is been used by the systems too. The steps for its solutions can be as follows:
• First try looking over the connectivity with the various devices
• If not try connecting other device for getting the issue of the same too
• Open the web page from other device to check the connectivity of it too
• Next can check though the power cables or the router, connected properly or not.
• If using the mobile devices can manually go for settings > mobile data > Reset the configurations
If you receive an error related to your DNS, make sure your connection is DHCP-enabled. When DHCP is enabled on your computer, every time your computer starts, it requests new connection to your Internet Service Provider. Your ISP will then assign a new IP address and DNS servers for your computer. This makes sure your DNS servers are working.
To enable DHCP, click “Start”, “Control Panel”, “Network and Internet Connections” then “Network Connections”. Right-click your local area connection and select “Properties”. In the properties window, in “General” tab, scroll down then select “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)” and then click “Properties”. In Internet Protocol properties window, in “General” tab, select “Obtain an IP address automatically” and “Obtain DNS server address automatically” then click “OK”.
Restart your computer then see if it works.
