I was using Microsoft Outlook 2003 when I received an error message that says Outlook "cannot open default folders".
Because I do not exactly know the nature of this error, I tried to do some research about it. I think that I have already tried almost all of the advised solutions that were mentioned on this website, but I am still unable to resolve this issue.
With this, I decided to buy Microsoft Outlook 2007, which basically solved the earlier problem.
However, I am unable to send or receive messages, and it gives me the "0x8007000E" (not enough memory) error.

Task ‘SiteWizard Archive – Receiving’ reported error (0x8007000E) ‘Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.’

“Not enough memory” Error on Microsoft Outlook 2007
Hey dear, it has common problem for Microsoft Outlook 2007. There are few reasons that may cause error in sending and receiving emails in Microsoft Outlook 2007. It may be happen due to damage of MAPI32.dll file. You have to fix this file using MAPI Repair Tool. You may find the file Fixmapi.exe that have to fix on the folder C:WinntSystem32 or on the folder C:WindowsSystem32.Then another case, your email profile may be damaged. Please create new profile and restart Microsoft Outlook 2007.
Another case may be occur,do not mind please. There may a corrupted email message.You may check this by moving messages. The damaged message will not move. You have to delete it.If this is a important email and you do not want to delete it, you have to repair Outlook PST.
To repair Outlook PST you have to buy software from market.But before trying the methods above remember that the problem you faced, may be also due to Microsoft Outlook 2007 used much memory. So close all program including Microsoft Outlook 2007 and reopen Microsoft Outlook 2007.It may solve your problem.
