Not Authorized to Read Email

One of my users encountered a problem while trying to open the Inbox in which he received the following message: "You are not authorized to read this email."  I have verified all access that she has and even all groups and everything seems normal. Does anyone have any idea?

Hi Ruth,

                This is a common email error or just some annoying prompt, this often comes up if the user opens an auto reply email that has been deleted. It may also be an email flagged as very important that has been retracted. Check what email the user is trying to open so we can further isolate.
