Not able to install Dataplex

Hi,

Today I downloaded Dataplex system successfully. While I run the setup it request me for a license, and I enter the key, but it gives me an error message which you can see in the below attached image.

Please help me regarding this issue.

Problem:

The license is already in use.

As we all know that Dataplex helps its customers in various ways. The licensing or product key problem that you are having is rare. It seems that you have to reset your product key. You can do it from Dataplex Product Key Reset Tool. It’s simple. Just follow the instructions and carefully read the messages.

Hello Jermaine,

The error message you attached appears due to the one of the following reasons mentioned below:

1. The license key you are trying to enter has already been entered by another user.

2. The license key you are trying to enter has been expired and is not functional anymore.

3. The license key you are trying to enter has spelling mistake. Please check the caps lock or numeric lock and verify the problem.

This is what now you can do:

4. Contact the manufacturer to give you the fresh copy of your software with working license.

5. If it has some mistakes while entering, just copy and paste the key again.

This will do it.
