Norton installation / uninstallation error occurred

Hello,

I had downloaded Norton antivirus for my PC but now I want to remove this application but I am having problem to remove it and reinstall this software. The following error message appears during the uninstallation and reinstallation process. How can I avoid this error message? I want your help.

1. First I would suggest you to uninstall any other antivirus program and try installing it again.

2. If this fails then follow the link mentioned in your image(click here) and download the software to uninstall the earlier version currently installed.

It is generally a special tool build for uninstalling processes.

Then again try to install and run the program.

If again any error again occurs then download this Norton removal tool.

After downloading this tool please uninstall the currently installed version it will do so once uninstalled after doing so try installing it again.

If any error occurs please let me know.
