I am receiving an error message which you can see at the below image. I am not able to uninstall and install Norton Antivirus. I need assistance to solve this .

There are a lot of reasons why this message pops up.
1. You may check your security updates from Microsoft. Kindly update all needed security updates.
2. There might be other antivirus installed on the computer. Try to uninstall it them first.
3. If you have Windows Defender installed, make sure that it is turned off.
You may try the Norton Removal Tool on this link: https://www.symantec.com
Then restart the computer and run the tool 2-3 times.
Then download and install it using your Norton Account: https://my.norton.com/
