I use Norton 360. But I faced a problem in One Click Support. An error message is shown.
Error message says,
One click support
An error has occurred with Norton 360
Error; 8504, 101
No automatic solutions were found. Click Launch Support Web Site to continue.” while I was trying run the Run LiveUpdate item.
The problem you are facing will require you to uninstall the product completely and the reinstall the product i.e. Norton 360 5.0.
While removing Norton 360 please make sure that you back up your license key, then proceed to download the removal software from Norton, back up you registry, delete all the folder entries from the registry with Norton or Symantec names, Regedit is a good registry editor to do this. Run the downloaded removal tool again and restart your Operating System.
Please check for any Malware present and if they exist remove them. You can now re-install the Norton 360 5.0.
