I recently installed Norton 360 antivirus on my laptop. After a few days of use, I noticed that the antivirus was totally clogging my system down and it was not operating properly causing persistent restarts of my pc. I decided to uninstall the program but it has not been removed from my PC. Can anyone help me please?
