Hi
I am receiving an error message all the time at startup.
Norton 2005 does not support the repair feature. Please uninstall and reinstall Norton Antivirus.
It’s attempting to set up something at first. I deleted ccApp.exe at first, and this error message never appeared.
Please help me to solve it.

To resolve that issue, you will need to use the following procedure:

Try going to the following location. Note that the may vary depending on what norton product you are using: c:program filesnorton antivirusquarantine
-
You will need to check and see if the quarantine folder has the following folders: Portal and Incoming
-
In case they are not there, you will need to create new folders within the quarantine folder as follows:
-
c:program filesnorton antivirusquarantineportal and
-
c:program filesnorton antivirusquarantineincoming
-
After you have created the new folders, everything should work just fine.
