Hello fellow buddies,

lately I installed again my operating system on my computer. The brand of my pc is IBM Thinkpad R30 with a Sitecom USB 2.0 pc card. The operating system is WinXP Pro SP2 and all the latest updates are present.
I also got a Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra with Firmware 20.08 and an updated new hard drive of 80GB.

When I was using the software on my previous installation, no problem occurs and everything runs swiftly.

Then I installed the driver version 26.02 and the Jukebox is now working. Musicmatch is now doing great communication with the Jukebox and can read all the files on it.
But when I installed Nomad Explorer an error showed up:

"ctregserv failed because ctin…dll is not found."

Again I attempted to install Media Source from the original disk it was stuck after 30% due to an error and an error message popped up:

‘’Media Source not found. Install Media Source before continuing.’’

I got his kind of strange problems now with all versions of Media Source and Nomad Explorer.
I need great help as I am suffering with synchronization of Musicmatch which is really a pain.

I appreciate your help.

If the installation is looking for a missing dll file, try visiting and then look for the file.

This site is a great source for any missing dll files. Just download the file and then copy it to where the error message is pointing to. You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton SystemWorks, PC Tools Performance Toolkit, or Norton Utilities.

If your installation got stuck in the middle of the setup process, abort the installation and then restart the computer.

Try installing it again. If the next attempt is another failure, try installing it in Safe Mode. Make sure you check the system requirements of the application you are installing to avoid any system incompatibility.

When downloading dll files from the site always click on the DOWNLOAD ZIP-FILE button and not on the orange button.
