Nokia PC Suite Bluetooth Error

Hello,

I am using Nokia PC Selection.

If I attempt to go to my laptop computer by way of Bluetooth I received and error message: could not allow network sort….computer code pen advertising.

BTTray.exe-Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because BtBalloon.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I explored the network and read few community message boards, most people uploaded a Widcomm BTW 4.0 driver and settled the issue however could not discover the driver.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.

It is error about Bluetooth. Make sure that the device that you are trying to connect using Bluetooth is connected well, or else you will encounter this error. But if you still encounter this error you may need to fix something to your computer.

The instruction you need to do was already mentioned in the error, so for you to solve this problem, all you need to do is to re-install the application and the Bluetooth drivers.  Sometimes you encounter error because of out of date drivers. So in any error regarding software, always think to update it so that you cannot encounter any problem like this one.
