I have connected my phone Nokia Lumia to my laptop and I ran the Nokia suite. I want to update the firmware and I had this error, now my phone is not working at all. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? What I did wrong and how can I repair my phone ?

When using Nokia Care Suite, make sure you meet all the requirements and the type of devices it supports. Sometimes even if the application supports your operating system but it doesn’t support your device, you still can’t use it. To make sure you are using the correct version for your operating system download Nokia Care Suite 5.0.
It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Nokia Care Suite 5.0 doesn’t support Microsoft Windows 8 and higher. Try closing your application and restart your computer. Connect your handset to your computer using the USB cable or via Bluetooth. Start Nokia Care Suite and restart what you are doing. If it doesn’t work, reinstall the application.
First, download the installer from the link above. Once downloaded, uninstall your existing application then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files” and “Setup log” [if it is available], click OK and then click Delete Files. Restart your computer and then run the newly downloaded installer.
You may also try running it as administrator. Once installed right-click Nokia Care Suite on your desktop and then select Properties. Select Compatibility tab. In “Privilege level”, check “Run this program as an administrator” and then click OK. Start Nokia Care Suite again.
