Hello

It is very much possible to upgrade the Nokia E7 OS from Symbian 3 to Anna belle. Since you've already mentioned that its already upgraded on your nokia E7 phone. Well it takes some time to work on new OS properly and smoothly there is no lag or any other serious occurred with anyone .However it does take some time to work properly on all the features of new OS. So you can wait and if problem stay's there then you can reinstall the OS. I have a couple method to upgrade your phone

1-You can try downloading the OS from OVI suit first you need to install the OS on your computer system. Computer need to connect with your Nokia E7.

2-You can try-out Nokia software updater, Again you'll need to connect to the computer via cable and go to NSU application .It will guide you the steps.

3-Another way you can download the Anna OS, by dialing *#0000#, On the page you'll see the installed button.

Thanks
