Asha Touch from Nokia is part of the Asha 305, Asha 306 and Asha 311 family as they all have the same size of a 3-inch screens and they are all running Asha Touch UI. According to Nokia, Asha 305 will be on sale this month. It will be sold for 63 euros or $79 without grants and taxes. The Asha 306 and 311 will be on sale next quarter. It will be sold for 68 euros and 92 euros individually. That sounds outrageous. I saw an article on Yahoo. It worries me and I started to ask why would Nokia lowered their prices if they can create a hitech gadgets instead of putting it down? And what other hitech features that will fit the Nokia Asha Touch?

I have a Nokia Asha 202 mobile phone. In my research the Nokia Asha 305, 311 and 202 have its same feature (40 EA Game). The Nokia Asha 306 offers WLAN and can do video streaming in WLAN and in GPRS. The Nokia Asha 305 and 202 are both dual sim.
Today, there are many mobile phones that has a good quality and offers more features. That's why the Nokia company is not afraid in marketing their phones on sale. This kind of strategy is to make the buyer to think or to buy more than 1 mobile phone. Even it's expensive, the buyer will really think what if I buy the other phone.Â

Actually Nokia understands where its market lies. It has tested with one of the costliest phones to the cheapest phones. It is the truth that only mid-level Nokia phones did great like the Nokia 5800, Nokia N series and with the rising competition, people are demanding good features at reduced prices take samsung Galaxy Y for instance. It provides all the normally required features with android at a price of 7k, To be able to match this, Nokia needs to bring down the prices and climb up the ladder of features at the same time.
