No Signal On New Samsung Phone

I have a new Samsung 4 Note that I got for Christmas. I get a great signal when using the phone to text or talk. But when I try to use it on the browser my signal drop and I can not load a page. Is there a booster for your browser connection?

Hi, Jose K Vincent is using also an ID man, I can see that you have a problem with your software,try to uninstall and re-install it again, but before doing that, I suggest that you defrag your unit to check any glitches in your operating system why things like that happen. So by next time you would not have a problem like this.
