Getting an error: There is no open or hard detail can be recovered. In setting up assistance (outlook somewhere)
Some guidelines? Why this will happen and what are the revolving steps? Which is the best way to avoid getting into this?

The error you're getting can be caused by only a few issues – either your schedule is all up to date, so there is nothing to update, or there are some connection problems with the server you're trying to approach.
If everything is up to date there is nothing you can do so just click OK as everything is actually alright.
If you're facing some connection problems, make sure your computer is connected to the internet and try to approach the server where the other schedule is based via the browser to see if it is working. In case it is not working, just wait till it's up again, and if everything is alright there you may want to contact the website administrator to see if there are any permission issues.
