No License available when Connecting with Autodesk Vault Office 2012

Hi,

I have successfully installed Autodesk Vault Office 2012 on the ADMS Server and on the Clients where an office application (such as MS Office 2010) is installed. I tried to login from the office and got the following error message. Help me to fix this error.

Hi,

1. Please confirm if your licpath.lic (license file) is configured properly. It can be found in ADMS server under the installation directory of Vault office which can be found here by default:

C: Program Files > (x86) > AutoDesk > Vault Office 2012 (Server)

2. Verify that you have another license file for your Vault Office 2012 on the Server.

Having a license on the VaultProfessional, Workgroup or Collaboration does not mean your office client is also licensed. You have to secure an office license specific for your office client.

To check this, navigate to your license server. The display should look like the ff. If you do status inquiry via LMTOOLS:

Users of 85843PCOFFI_2012_0F: (Total of Y licenses issued; Total of Z license in use) where Y and Z varies
