Hi, whenever you are facing a problem like this with the NFS most wanted it usually means that the game file you have installed might have some data lickings. That's why the game doesn't open when you try to open it. I have faced this type of problem practically but this is not such a big problem. The best solution for this problem is to uninstall the game then find complete game software and install it. You may also try reinstalling the game existing in your PC. I hope you will now be able to play the NSF most wanted again.

The game “Need for Speed: Most Wanted” is an open-world racing game developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts. The game was announced on June 4, 2012 during Electronic Art’s E3 press conference.

Most Wanted is the nineteenth title in the long-running “Need for Speed” series which has a worldwide release for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation Vita, Microsoft Windows, iOS, and Android on October 30, 2012. The Wii U version came later on March 14, 2013 under the title “Need for Speed: Most Wanted U”.

If you cannot play the game and is always showing you an error, check the system requirements again. To be able to play “Need for Speed: Most Wanted”, you must be using Windows Vista Service Pack 2 or higher. 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7 is the recommended operating system.

It requires at least Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or Athlon X2 2.7 GHz or faster processor, at least 2 GB RAM, ATI Radeon 3870 or NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or better GPU, sound card, and 20 GB free hard drive space. If you are using Windows Vista, try updating it to Service Pack 2. Download and install Windows Vista Service Pack 2.

Also, try running the game as administrator. Right-click on the game launcher icon on your desktop, point to “Run as”, and then select Administrator. See if this fixes the problem.
