Hi,

New designed help center of Face book, made help as easy as a click for its user to get it. New help center of face book offers a central resource for users to find answers to common queries and learn more about using Face book.

Face book has ton of information about every part of the site, and users can get answers by searching or just browsing around. Here are a few general ways to navigate the new designed Help Center:

  • If user has a specific question, try searching the Help Center first.
  • If user wants to browse by topic, clicking on the most pertinent subject on the Help Center's main, page and then selecting the related subtopic.
  • If user wants to see answers from other users in the user-to-user support feature of Help Center or if he wants to contribute answers, go for the Help Discussions filter on the left-hand side and browse by topic there.

New help center has more streamlined design and a series of other changes for the Help Center to make it faster for its users to find the answers of the queries they want. The improvements than previous design listed below:

  • New search interface that shows related help pages and matches help content for other languages if there are no results in user language, additionally, the regular Frequently Asked Questions results and user-to-user help topics.
  • Filters on the left hand side to navigate the accessible content types, like Frequently Asked Questions, user-to-user support, and the new privacy and safety pages.
  • Divide user-to-user support navigation, for both, people who only want answers from other users, and those who want to answer other people's questions.
  • Unique Web addresses, or URLs, for each frequently asked question so user can share them with friends and family who are seeking for help.
